Volunteer Opportunities
Feeding South Florida® provides food assistance and other resources and support to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity and hunger in Broward, Miami Dade, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties. We rely heavily on the support of volunteers to help us serve our community on a daily basis. We welcome individuals, families, students, groups, corporate teams, community organizations, and more, to join us in our mission. Court-Ordered Service
Complete your court-ordered community service with Feeding South Florida.
Sorting & Packing Experience
Volunteer to inspect, sort, and repack our donated food in preparation for community distribution.
Community Kitchen
Experience
Volunteer to help prep, cook, and pack meals in our Community Kitchen at Feeding Palm Beach County.
Client Choice Pantry
Volunteer to assist clients with grocery shopping, and with restocking the pantry.
Senior Meal Box Distribution
Volunteer to assist site coordinator at specific location in distributing meal boxes to older adults.
Events and Additional Food Distributions
Volunteer to assist our team at special events and additional food distributions throughout the year.
Admin Assistance
Volunteer to assist with office and event tasks, including filing, organizing, correspondence, and more. Short-term and long-term opportunities are available.
