September is Hunger Action Month, a time to raise awareness of the hunger crisis affecting nearly one million people across South Florida. This includes nearly 500,000 children and seniors. Food shouldn’t be an impossible choice. Feeding South Florida works to make food available and accessible to those who need it most.
