VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FOR COURT ORDERED SERVICE
To request court ordered community service, please complete and submit the form.
We typically review court ordered volunteer applications within 5 business days. If you have any questions, please email volunteers@feedingsouthflorida.org.
If approved, you will be contacted with next steps, including how to sign up to volunteer.
BE AWARE OF DEADLINES FOR YOUR SERVICE HOURS:
- If you have between 5 and 30 hours to complete, apply to volunteer at least one month before your court date.
- If you have 31 or more hours to complete, apply to volunteer at least two months before your court date.
You must have your community service log from the court with you at each shift. Upon completion of the shift, the form must be signed by the shift lead. Logs will only be signed at the end of each shift.
