MARLINS TO DONATE 1,000 THANKSGIVING MEALS ON FRIDAY, NOV. 18
Players and staff to partner with Feeding South Florida for 8th annual Thanksgiving Distribution

WHO: Miami Marlins and Feeding South Florida

WHAT: The Miami Marlins, in partnership with Feeding South Florida, a former Marlins Charity Partner, will host the eighth annual Thanksgiving Distribution at Marlins Park. One thousand pre-selected families in the local neighborhood will receive Thanksgiving meals donated by the Marlins and local community partners. Each family will receive a Thanksgiving bag which includes a 10-pound turkey, fixings and dessert. This is a private event for pre-selected families and the media. Community partner agencies include Big Sisters Big Sisters of Greater Miami, Abriendo Puertas, Curley’s House, Sagrada Familia and other neighborhood organizations.
