September is Hunger Action Month, a time to raise awareness of the hunger crisis affecting nearly one million people across South Florida. This includes nearly 500,000 children and seniors. Food shouldn’t be an impossible choice. Feeding South Florida works to make food available and accessible to those who need it most. Join us throughout the month to take action, inspire change, and help make nutritious food more accessible for children, families, and seniors facing hunger. TACOS AND TEQUILA | November 7, 2-6pm
This outdoor festival will feature some of South Florida’s best tacos and tequila cocktails made by local bars, restaurants and more- all competing for the Best Taco and Best Tequila Cocktail. This event will include a variety of food, live entertainment, and more.
VETERANS APPRECIATION LUNCH | November 11, 11am – 1pm
Honoring Heros and Nourishing Lives is the theme of our Veterans’ Appreciation Luncheon in partnership with the Florida Panthers, held at the Amerant Bank Arena.
